Job summary
Dubai Holding is seeking an experienced construction law leader to provide specialist guidance across project delivery, contracts and claims management. You will draft and negotiate high-value construction contracts, advise on procurement strategies, and support major development projects while safeguarding the organization’s interests.
The role requires at least 10 years of PQE in construction law, with significant exposure to EPC, infrastructure and development matters, and experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years PQE with specialist construction law experience
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high‑value construction contracts
- Strong command of procurement strategies, risk allocation and contract administration
- Proven ability in construction claims, delay analysis, variations, defects and settlements
- Experience advising senior leaders and mentoring junior lawyers
Responsibilities
- Provide legal leadership across major construction, infrastructure, development, procurement and project delivery matters
- Advise on FIDIC and international standard forms of contracts and risk management
- Mentor and develop junior legal professionals within the Construction Legal function
- Manage relationships with external counsel, claims consultants, and project stakeholders
