Qualifications

• Preferably in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Food or related field.
• 1 year experience with ESMA in inspection, testing and QC/QA is an added advantage.
• Work experience in similar organizations is also advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and approve conformity assessment processes.
• Maintain the integrity of the company name and brand.
• Advise on certification requirements and details.
• Ensure correct and timely issuance of Conformity Certificates.
• Manage customer relationships and handle complaints.
