Job summary

Compliance Recruitment Solutions (Dublin, Geneva, London & Madrid) seeks a Senior Compliance Officer with DFSA/FSRA COBS experience for Abu Dhabi. You will act as Compliance Officer and MLRO for client firms, oversee monitoring, draft reports, and ensure staff training, with AML expertise and regulatory-inspection exposure.

Relocation to Abu Dhabi is required, relocation allowance provided. Salary is AED 55K–60K per month plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Recent experience of DFSA or FSRA COBS compliance.
• At least five years in Conduct of Business compliance from buy/sell side.
• Understanding of AML requirements and regulatory reporting.

SENIOR COMPLIANCE OFFICER – DFSA/FSRA COMPLIANCE (COBS) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

AED 55K – 60K PM + Benefits ABU DHABI

We are recruiting for a leading firm seeking candidates with recent experience of DFSA or FSRA COBS Compliance. Duties will include;

• Acting as the Compliance Officer & MLRO for client firms
• Completing all required Compliance monitoring and drafting reports including recommendations on control enhancements or procedural changes where required
• Ensuring that both AML & Compliance systems operating properly and all staff properly trained on such
• Assisting in all required reporting to the FSRA
• Advising client firms on advisory issues on an ongoing basis

You must live in or close to the centre of Abu Dhabi with at least five years experience in Conduct of Business compliance from the buy and/or sell side (and a good understand of AML requirements, even if not worked in an AML role before) some of which must have recently been with a firm regulated by the DFSA or FSRA and please note that onshore experience eg CMA/SCA (or just AML) is not relevant for this role, so please don’t apply unless have at least two years proper Compliance experience under the DFSA or FSRA COBS (Conduct of Business Rulebook) ideally having previously been on the register for either, handled regulatory inspections and able to write applications covering digital assets and/or Cat 3A and above firms.

Also even if you live in the South of Dubai/Jebel Ali etc, you would still be expected to move to Abu Dhabi (small relocation allowance available).
