Job summary

Swisslinx Middle East, on behalf of a DIFC-based compliance consultancy, seeks an experienced Compliance Officer to join the team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive DFSA/ADGM exposure and a strong background in KYC, AML/CTF, and sanctions compliance.

The role requires fluency in English and the ability to operate within a regulated financial services environment, delivering robust compliance programs for clients.

Qualifications

• 3-10+ years of compliance experience in a DFSA/ADGM authorized role.
• Strong understanding of international and DIFC regulatory laws.
• Experience with client onboarding, KYC, AML/CTF processes.
• Experience in financial crime compliance and sanctions.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance for clients within DIFC/DFSA framework.
• Lead client onboarding and KYC activities in line with sanctions rules.
• Provide guidance on anti-financial crime controls to clients.

The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:

• 3-10+ years of compliance experience in as authorized compliance officer by DFSA/ or ADGM
• Understanding of international and DIFC regulatory laws
• Client onboarding, KYC, AML , CTF experience
• Experience related to Financial crime compliance and sanctions
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience as Compliance Officer by DFSA/ ADGM as an authorized Compliance Officer in financial services firm or Compliance Consultancy
