Job summary

Qualifications

• CAMS certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements (CB UAE).
• 6+ years in compliance, financial crime, or risk domains.
• Experience with fintech, digital banking, or regulated FI environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Compliance Assurance Program and monitoring plan.
• Conduct independent reviews, testing, and regulatory assessments.
• Document findings, risk, root causes, and remediation actions.
• Prepare assurance reports for senior management and governance.
• Track remediation and validate closure of findings.
• Ensure customer protection, market conduct, and financial crime oversight.
