EDGE, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, is a leading technology group active in defence and related sectors. REMAYA operates XRANGE, a secure test and evaluation facility supporting UAE and international clients.

The Senior Specialist, Compliance will develop, implement, and maintain the CMS to ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and industry requirements. The role supports local and international operations, mitigating compliance risks and driving governance improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Admin, Risk Management, Governance or related field.
• 8–12 years in Compliance, Governance, Risk Management or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior or lead compliance role.
• Experience implementing Compliance Management Systems (CMS) and governance frameworks.
• Experience engaging with government authorities, regulators, auditors, clients, and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Design and continuously improve the organization's CMS.
• Develop compliance policies, procedures, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Maintain a centralized compliance register covering laws, permits, licenses and certifications.
• Develop compliance monitoring tools, dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate implementation of regulatory requirements across business units.
• Prepare for regulatory inspections, client audits and certification assessments.
• Develop compliance KPIs and reporting dashboards.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement compliance across the organization.
