MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To monitor and manage the quality and professionalism of all formal written and verbal communication to ensure compliance with company standards and support of the overall marketing strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- To lead and manage the corporate communications team
- To monitor and manage the quality of all formal internal and external print and media content
- Plan and develop appropriate social media content and advise on most suitable communication channels to maximise brand exposure
- Support the operational implementation and administration of the Patient Experience (Press Ganey) surveys
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or related field
- Desired: Diploma or post graduate qualification in Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Essential: At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a Corporate environment of which at least 2 years were within the healthcare industry
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Application of project management principles
- Communication tools for print and digital media
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge and understanding of the Mediclinic corporate identity and relevant brand guidelines
UAE healthcare industry
- Understanding of the Mediclinic patient experience journey and the Press Ganey survey methodology
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
