Job summary

A diversified regional company seeks a Senior Commercial Manager in Dubai to manage the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring risks are minimized and returns maximized. Candidates should have a degree, a strong background in commercial management, and proficiency in FIDIC contracts. The role involves leading a team, providing commercial advice, and ensuring compliance with procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing major projects, preferably for a client, contractor, or PQS.
• 10-15 years of experience in Infrastructure, Retail, Residential, High Rise, and Hotel construction.
• Proven experience with FIDIC contracts and managing large-scale projects from inception to handover.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial advice to minimize risks and maximize return on investment.
• Manage and provide pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services.
• Lead, coach, and motivate staff to develop their potential.
• Ensure compliance with organizational forms and processes.
