Job summary

SCCSI is seeking a commercial leadership post on a large digital infrastructure programme in the region, delivered alongside a developer in the data centre sector, where programme, project and commercial management are applied to a mission critical environment with heavy design coordination and fast delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management required.
• MRICS membership or similar professional recognition preferred.
• Experience in bidding and business development.
• Strong commercial and financial judgement required.

Responsibilities

• Direct drafting and formal execution of contract papers, warranties, bonds and licences.
• Lead large teams of direct reports with performance measured against indicators.
• Drive cost measurement, financial reporting and monthly post‑contract cost reports to the client.
• Oversee claims from contractors/subcontractors for delay and additional cost; sign off final completion and final accounts.
