Qualifications

• Must have strong experience within a healthcare or consumer health distribution environment.
• Proven track record in leading large sales teams, driving growth, and launching new brands or markets.
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and excellent network within the region.
• Skilled in forecasting, market planning, and multi-brand portfolio management.
• Arabic language capability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales function and manage multi-brand operations.
• Develop and execute commercial and sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the CEO on revenue forecasting and planning.
• Lead and develop a large, diverse sales team.
• Ensure full P&L responsibility and sound commercial decisions.
