Job summary

Henkel in Dubai is looking for a senior legal professional to support multiple business units from the Dubai regional office. You will provide legal counselling to stakeholders, negotiate, prepare and review contracts, and help enhance workflow and legal processes.

Required: law degree from a reputable university, licensed to practice law, and a minimum of 10 years PQE in commercial law. GCC or regional experience and English/Arabic bilingual is preferred.

• Commercial law experience.
• 3–5 years of law firm experience preferred.
• Some GCC or regional experience.
• English/Arabic bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support legal operations for all business units from the Dubai regional office.

• Manage external disputes and litigation.
• Enhance workflow and legal processes where required.

• Proactively supporting legal operations for all business units or sub‑business units and/or professional functions of Henkel operations out of the Dubai regional office
• Providing legal counselling and advice to stakeholders
• Negotiating, preparing and/or reviewing contracts
• Managing external disputes and litigation
• Enhancing workflow and legal processes where required

YOUR SKILLS

• Law degree from a reputable university and licensed to practice law ("qualified")
• Minimum 10 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Area of practice experience must include commercial law
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of law firm experience is preferred
• Some GCC or regional experience
• English/Arabic bilingual preferred
