Job summary

SearchPlus HR is recruiting for a senior colorectal surgeon to provide comprehensive care in the UAE government healthcare sector. The role covers consultation, diagnosis, surgical planning, and management of complex colorectal diseases with emphasis on minimally invasive and open techniques.

The position includes collaboration with gastroenterologists, oncologists, radiologists, and pathologists, with ongoing professional development and access to modern surgical facilities.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD with recognized postgraduate colorectal specialization.
• Strong clinical and surgical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical management for colorectal conditions.
• Perform elective and emergency colorectal procedures.
• Manage colorectal diseases including cancer, IBD, polyps, diverticular disease.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for cancer care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in audits and CPD.
