Job summary

Moove is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to architect and scale security foundations as the company grows globally. You will own cloud security, infrastructure-as-code, and observability across multiple teams and regions, shaping direction in an environment where clarity and durable solutions matter more than speed.

The role requires a senior, hands-on engineer with a mindset for long-term improvement, collaboration, and strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, security engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS security, networking IAM and core services, Terraform infrastruture-as-code.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and observability with Datadog.
• Strong knowledge of security and GRC practices including risk management and audits.
• Proven ability to operate independently in growing, complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement and improve cloud security and DevSecOps practices.
• Design secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform with best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering on CI/CD workflows and delivery practices.
• Own monitoring, alerting and observability using Datadog.
• Lead security governance, controls and audit readiness activities.
• Mentor team members and set engineering standards through reviews and docs.
