HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology seeks an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee on-premises and cloud data centers, ensuring high availability and security for critical healthcare IT services.

You will manage budgets, drive optimization initiatives, and mentor teams, with a focus on modernization and cost efficiency. Suitable for senior professionals with 10+ years in large-scale infra.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Systems Cloud and On-Premise Infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and related services.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMs, containers) and Windows Server infrastructure.
• Security best practices and compliance for cloud environments.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Certifications such as AWS SysOps/Azure Administrator are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 Data Center operations ensuring availability and performance of IT infrastructure.
• Own Incident and Problem Management across email, mobility, and business apps.
• Oversee on-premise and cloud collaboration and infrastructure services, incl. Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Manage administration of core IT systems, OS, servers, email platforms, and related software/hardware.
• Ensure reliability and security of core services and healthcare applications, including DR readiness.
• Provide guidance and enhanced L2 support for end-user issues.
• Support healthcare applications with integrations, onboarding/offboarding, monitoring, DR rehearsals.
