Job summary

D4 Insight in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a Cloud Solution Architect to design and govern cloud-native banking platforms built on AWS or Azure. You will define cloud architecture, Kubernetes platforms, IaC, observability, resilience, and secure enterprise cloud adoption.

The role requires deep expertise in AWS/Azure, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Terraform, Docker, and security-centric networking. You will lead platform engineering, collaborate with Product, DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams, and

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering.
• Experience designing enterprise cloud platforms for banking or financial services.
• Strong governance and security focus in cloud adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise cloud platforms for banking applications.
• Define Kubernetes platform standards and deployment models.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Design observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
• Define networking, IAM, secrets management, and security architecture.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives.
• Define architecture patterns and engineering standards; collaborate with Product, DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Guide cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
