Job summary

New Sourcing International (NSI) is recruiting for a Clinical Laboratory Quality Assurance (QA) Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance across the clinical laboratory, performing gap analyses, and developing a robust quality management system under the supervision of the Director of Laboratory Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and decision making skills; ability to communicate ideas, opinions and counter arguments in a proactive and professional manner.
• Demonstrated understanding of and experience working with HAAD, CAP and JCI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the clinical laboratory.
• Conduct gap analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, implement and maintain a quality management system (directly or by delegation) under the direction of the Director of Laboratory Operations.
