Job summary

IQ-EQ Dubai seeks a Manager - Client Compliance to advise and support clients through regulatory licensing in DIFC and ADGM, while providing outsourced Compliance Officer and MLRO services. You will lead the Client Compliance Unit, design AML/CFT frameworks, assess risks across products and technology, and liaise with regulators to support approvals and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

Degree from a reputable university, preferably in law, finance or related compliance discipline.
8-10 years of experience in financial services, regulatory compliance, governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

Advise and support clients through regulatory licensing in DIFC/ADGM, providing outsourced Compliance Officer and MLRO services.
Lead the Client Compliance Unit with supervision, coaching and oversight of daily operations.
Attend regulator meetings, report to DFSA/FSRA, and liaise with regulators to assist clients with approvals.
