• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is desirable.
• A postgraduate degree in construction management is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects.
• Ability to plan and organize effectively.
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design and construction of a project from start to finish.
• Support all civil and structural activities of the construction project from start to finish.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting and resource identification.
• Ensure construction activities move according to the schedule.
• Devise project work plans and revise as needed.
• Communicate effectively with contractors responsible for each phase.
• Maintain adherence to budget, quality and safety standards.
• Conduct periodic inspections of construction sites.
• Ensure project documents are complete.
• Identify elements likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
• Comply with Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE and company policies.
