Job summary

Ajwaa Building Contracting in Sharjah, UAE is seeking a qualified Indian Civil Engineer to join our team. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possess 8–10 years of UAE experience, preferably in Sharjah, with valid Sharjah Municipality approval (First Category, Category 1).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in Sharjah.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, Sharjah Municipality requirements and local authority procedures.
• Excellent coordination with consultants, clients and government authorities.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities, subcontractors and construction teams.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and government authorities.
• Ensure quality control and timely project delivery.
