Job summary

Ajwaa Building Contracting in Sharjah, UAE is seeking a qualified Indian Civil Engineer to join our team. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possess 8–10 years of UAE experience, preferably in Sharjah, with valid Sharjah Municipality approval (First Category, Category 1).

The ideal applicant will have strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, be able to supervise site activities and coordinate with consultants, clients and authorities, and demonstrate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in Sharjah.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, Sharjah Municipality requirements and local authority procedures.
• Excellent coordination with consultants, clients and government authorities.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Requirements Indian nationality Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering 8 10 years of relevant experience in the UAE preferably in Sharjah Valid Sharjah Municipality approval First Category Category 1 Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations Sharjah Municipality requirements and local authority procedures Proven experience in managing residential and commercial building projects Ability to supervise site activities subcontractors and construction teams Good knowledge of structural architectural and finishing works Ability to review engineering drawings specifications and BOQs Experience in preparing work schedules progress reports and material submittals Ability to coordinate with consultants clients and government authorities Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in AutoCAD Microsoft Office and project planning tools Good command of English Arabic is an advantage Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred
