Royal International Construction is recruiting a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate on-site civil works, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications and schedules. You will collaborate with project teams, subcontractors and consultants to deliver safe and compliant projects in Dubai.

The role requires 4–6 years of civil construction experience, knowledge of local codes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Familiarity with local construction codes and standards.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily civil construction activities including excavation, concreting, masonry and finishing works.
• Ensure work execution follows approved drawings, method statements and specifications.
• Allocate tasks to foremen and subcontractors and monitor progress.
• Maintain records of inspections, approvals and test results.
