Job summary

A leading construction company is seeking a Civil Superintendent with at least 15 years of onshore construction experience to oversee civil activities in UAE. The role involves leading teams, ensuring safety, and managing project execution. Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering and strong communication skills. Familiarity with international construction standards is essential. This position is on-site and aims for timely project delivery in EPC and oil & gas sectors.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 8 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Experience in oil & gas, EPC, fabrication yards, or industrial onshore projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ACI, ASTM, BS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all onshore civil construction activities.
• Lead and supervise all civil and structural works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE policies.
