Job summary

9E Global in Dubai is seeking a driven Civil Infrastructure Engineer – Site (Roads & Utilities) to join our team. The role focuses on on-site supervision and ensuring quality across road and utility works.

You will review designs, manage field teams, coordinate with authorities, and drive QHSE on site. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 8+ years GCC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 8 years' experience.
• Minimum 5 years supervising road and utility works on site in the GCC.
• Proficient in drawing review with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of local authority standards, inspection procedures, NOC/approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, material submittals and RFIs for compliance.
• Monitor materials and workmanship against submittals, MIRs and ITPs; verify ground conditions.
• Direct and monitor Site Inspectors and Surveyors, and review their reports.
• Supervise earthworks, drainage, asphalt, kerbs, road markings and traffic management.
• Coordinate with authorities, Contractor and design team on resources and handovers.
• Prepare snagging lists and support project handover.
