Amana Group in Dubai seeks a General Foreman - Civil to lead daily site activities and supervise multiple civil construction crews. You will coordinate with planners, engineers, and project managers, ensuring work is safe, on schedule, and in line with project specifications and budgets.

You will train junior staff, monitor progress and quality, enforce safety procedures, prepare progress reports, and support the technical evaluation of site personnel.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Civil or Construction-related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction, including at least 3 years in supervisory or foreman role.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Train and develop junior staff members.
• Coordinate with planner and schedule work for multiple construction crews.
• Monitor progress and quality of work across different areas.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that arise between crews of different trades.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
• Enforce and communicate safety measures and quality control procedures to subordinates.
• Prepare and submit site activities progress reports to Project Management.
• Assists engineers in the technical evaluation of workers on site.
