Job summary

Caliberly in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Construction Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead civil projects from concept to delivery. You will review designs, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineers on site.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, plus a UAE driving license. You will manage budgets and schedules while upholding safety and environmental standards in UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of civil engineering experience in construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and project management software.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and safety/environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and review project designs, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and propose solutions to meet deadlines.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, progress, and any necessary adjustments.
