Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, at least two years of relevant construction experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team, plus knowledge of CAD software.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in civil engineering construction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant software and CAD programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs for new projects from concept stage
• Create cost estimates for materials and labour required for each project
• Oversee the construction process, providing guidance to contractors where necessary
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
