Qualifications

• Strong background in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure, roads, and bridges.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis.
• Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and overseeing construction activities.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges in design and construction processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan and execute site works as per approved drawings, plans and method statements.
• Maintain a high level of productivity, assuring time frames are met for projects occurring simultaneously and oversees reports on project
• Ensure works are carried out as per HSE and relevant Authority regulations
• Responsible for implementation of risk management process for identification and mitigation of risks
• Be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of teams
• Review schedules, analyze critical path updates, schedule progress, evaluate schedule options, communicates schedule status to the project manager
• Prepare detailed material, labor and equipment cost estimates
• Supervise Foreman and allocate works effectively as per plan
