Job summary

TAT IT Technolgies in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Lead (Cisco) to design, implement, and manage security across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have deep Cisco expertise in Firepower, ASA, ISE, and NAC, with a proven track record in threat prevention and secure remote access.

The role demands 10+ years in network security, strong leadership, and the ability to drive security posture within a complex airline domain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Network Security Engineering or Cyber Security.
• Deep expertise in Cisco security technologies and firewall management.
• Experience with VPN, NAC, and secure remote access.
• Experience in multi-vendor firewall environments and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network security solutions using Cisco security technologies.
• Manage Cisco Firepower, ASA Firewalls, and related security platforms.
• Develop and maintain network segmentation strategies to protect assets.
• Configure and maintain VPN solutions for secure remote access.
• Monitor security events and investigate incidents.
• Conduct firewall audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to align controls across environments.
• Support security monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
