Higher Colleges of Technology is seeking a Senior Specialist - Career Coaching to guide students in making realistic career choices and achieving employment goals. You will liaise with students and potential employers to foster positive outcomes during the job search period.

You will provide counselling, resume and interview coaching, and job-search support, while helping students identify skill gaps and access career resources and events offered by HCT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent and frequent communication with students and provide one-on-one counselling to help career exploration.
• Guide and advise students on building resumes and cover letters, interviewing techniques, job application processes, and job search strategies.
• Identify students' skill gaps and help develop action plans to fill them.
• Research current job market trends regionally and globally and share insights with students.
