Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Finance Project Manager with a Chartered Accountant background to lead finance transformation and strategic projects in a fast-paced environment. You will manage end-to-end delivery, drive governance, and work with Finance, IT, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires 8–12+ years of experience and ERP/finance transformation exposure.

Qualifications

CA/Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
8–12+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, or Project Management.
Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional finance projects.
Excellent understanding of accounting, financial controls, budgeting, and reporting.
Experience with ERP/finance transformation initiatives is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage finance transformation and strategic finance projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and governance.
Work closely with Finance, IT, Business, and senior stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost controls.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation/digitalisation initiatives.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and financial impact.
Prepare management reports, business cases, and presentations for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
