Job summary

Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retail partner in the Middle East, invites seasoned buyers to join Level Shoes as Senior Buying Manager. You will shape our premium footwear and accessory assortment across retail and eCommerce, leveraging strong brand relationships and market insight to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Significant buying leadership experience within a luxury retail environment.
• Experience buying for footwear and/or accessories within a multi-brand luxury retailer or luxury department store.
• Experience managing both retail stores and eCommerce buying strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen with ownership of OTB, margins, financial performance, and category strategy.
• Existing relationships with international luxury brands and the ability to influence senior stakeholders from day one.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with senior executive stakeholders
• Proven experience leading and developing buying teams.
• Strong understanding of luxury consumers, fashion trends, and the GCC retail landscape.
• Experience within Men's buying is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the buying strategy across luxury footwear and accessories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead seasonal buying, assortment planning, OTB management, and product lifecycle decisions to maximize sales, margin, and profitability.
• Build and strengthen relationships with international luxury brands, negotiating commercial terms and creating long-term strategic partnerships.
• Represent Level Shoes with confidence, engaging with CEOs, Brand Directors, and senior stakeholders across the luxury industry.
• Continuously identify market trends, new brands, and commercial opportunities to keep the assortment relevant and differentiated.
• Partner closely with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Buyers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and results.
• Monitor brand performance and make strategic decisions around growth opportunities, assortment optimisation, and portfolio evolution.

What you'll be doing

At Level Shoes, we don't just buy products, we curate one of the world's most desirable luxury footwear and accessories destinations. Our Senior Buying Manager will lead our luxury buying strategy, shape our brand portfolio, and drive commercial success across both retail and eCommerce. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building relationships with the world's leading luxury brands, spotting opportunities ahead of the market, and inspiring high-performing teams. Your responsibilities will be to:
