We’re hiring a Senior Buyer to join Gloria Jeans in Dubai.

The Senior Buyer will own a key product category - from assortment planning and sourcing to supplier negotiations, forecasting and in-season performance.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of buying or product development experience in fashion or fast-paced retail;
• Hands-on experience with seasonal collections, apparel sourcing and supplier negotiations;
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, supported by measurable sell-through, margin, cost or range wins;
• Daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude for analysis, research and everyday work;
• A competitive, score-driven approach and the ambition to outperform last season’s results;
• Strong product instinct, commercial curiosity and the ability to re-plan calmly when priorities change;
• An AI-native, growth-oriented mindset with the resilience and drive to keep improving.
