Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth & Business Development
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the UAE construction sector.
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with BolsterUp’s expansion goals.
  • Lead high-level discussions and present BolsterUp’s value proposition to decision-makers in architectural firms, real estate developers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the market.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their success on the platform and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence & Positioning
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor messaging and platform features to regional needs.
  • Sales Process Leadership
  • Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Represent BolusterUp at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows in the UAE and GCC region.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the tech, SaaS, or PropTech sector.
  • Strong network within the UAE’s construction and development ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and real estate sector is preferred.
