How You'll Make an Impact
As a Senior Director, Business Development for MENA at Epsilon, you'll lead the client servicing and delivery of innovative digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients, collaborating closely with Publicis teams as well as internal cross‑functional teams. You'll be responsible for driving Epsilon growth in MENA, with a focus on both Publicis clients and direct sold clients, new client expansion, client retention and cross‑sell, and exceptional servicing and strategic execution.

What You'll Achieve
- As a Senior Director, Business Development, you will lead our regional team that collaborates closely with Publicis and clients directly. Your primary responsibilities will be ensuring that you and your team exceed commercial goals while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will help us grow and evolve our MENA business by building relationships, securing new accounts, educating client teams, cross selling products and servicing current accounts.
- You will build business relationships with key decision makers within Publicis and clients.
- You will coordinate internal resources for the successful delivery of solutions for all clients.

- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and a passion for big data and technology.
- Ability to think analytically and tell data‑driven stories.
- Ability to manage and grow a team, while being in a "player / coach" role.
- 10+ years of professional sales, marketing, SaaS, and client management experience (agency experience is a big plus).
- Experience across key marketing components including strategy, analytics, media performance, forecasting.
- Ability to assess client objectives and formulate strategy directly to those client objectives utilizing the Epsilon full product offerings.
- Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling in a player / coach role, managing your own pipeline and clients along with those within your team.
- Strong business and strategic planning acumen, especially related to pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Works well in a team / highly collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated sales & business development experience.
- Fluent in Arabic.
