Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead a team and drive critical digital and core banking initiatives on the Finacle platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finacle Core Banking, with strong functional knowledge across retail banking products.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Finance.
- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for Finacle enhancements and integrations.
- Drive end-to-end requirement lifecycle including BRD, FSD, UAT planning, test case validation, and production readiness.
- Support Finacle parameterisation, configuration, and impact assessment for change requests.
- Review and optimise processes related to Retail Banking, Payments, Customer Journeys, Expense Management, and internal workflows.
- Ensure solution alignment with banking regulations, risk guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams for clarifications and ensure smooth delivery.
- Track project progress, report risks, and ensure timely closure of issues through structured governance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst within Banking & Financial Services, preferably in GCC or large Banks.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Finacle Core Banking, including modules such as CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, Fees & Charges, and Expense Management.
- Proven experience leading and managing a BA/functional team.
- Deep understanding of retail banking operations, product workflows, accounting entries, reconciliation, and customer lifecycle processes.
- Experience working on bank expense/fees modules, cost control processes, and reporting.
- Ability to prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and gap analyses.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, audit standards, and risk processes.
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with agile/scrum methodology is an added advantage.
- Good to Have: Experience in transformation projects, system migrations, or large‑scale digital banking initiatives.
- Exposure to API integrations, Middleware layers, and data reporting platforms.
- Understanding of automation opportunities within bank operations.
