Senior Building Materials Sales Executive / China Export to Dubai Experience Preferred – Covering 6 1. Interior Finishing & Decoration Materials
- – ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, wood / composite flooring, ceiling & decorative panels 2. Doors & Windows Systems
- – aluminum doors / windows, curtain walls, fire-rated / security doors 3. Structural & Framing Materials
- – steel structures, formwork & scaffolding, aluminum / stainless steel profiles 4. Waterproofing, Insulation & Energy-Saving Materials
- – waterproof membranes & coatings, thermal insulation boards, Low-E / double-glazed glass 5. Electrical & Plumbing Systems
- – PVC / PE / PPR pipes & fittings, copper pipes, electrical cables, LED lighting products 6. Special Niche Segments
- – quartz stone countertops, artificial / cultured stone, smart home building materials, lightweight partition panels The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building materials sales, an established client network in the UAE construction industry, and preferably
- experience in exporting building materials from China to Dubai. 1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in building materials sales 2. Experience in exporting building materials from China to Dubai / UAE is highly preferred
- 3. Familiarity with UAE / Middle East construction industry and procurement processes 4. Knowledge of at least 2–3 of the above six building materials categories 5. Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese preferred; Arabic is a plus 6. Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills 7. Willingness to travel for site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups 8. Valid UAE driving license preferred
Requirements
- Develop and execute annual and monthly sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify, approach, and manage relationships with wholesalers, contractors, architects, and real estate developers
- Follow up on major commercial, residential, and government projects to secure orders and contracts
- Maintain strong supplier relationships with Chinese manufacturers to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and analyze client needs to refine sales strategies
- Coordinate logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and final delivery
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry exhibitions, and networking events
