Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Budget Analyst for Joint Ventures to coordinate budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting across multiple divisions. You will help consolidate budgets, monitor variances, and support shareholder reporting.

The role requires strong coordination with financial controllers and management, with advanced expertise in capital and operating budgets, depreciation, and audit support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or another relevant financial discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in budgeting and financial planning.
• Experience with JV/Associated Venture accounting and shareholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of Original Budgets and Spring Forecasts for Joint and Associated Ventures.
• Consolidate divisional budget submissions into accurate company-level financial reports.
• Monitor expenditure against approved budgets and investigate material variances.
• Prepare mandatory budget and expenditure reports for shareholders and management.
• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules; coordinate Fixed Assets Register updates.
• Support internal and external audit activities and respond to budget-related queries.
• Direct and supervise assigned personnel in preparing budgets and related analyses.
• Review budget submissions for completeness and alignment with financial guidelines.
