Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking an Associate Manager – Creative in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This senior-level position involves leading brand identity execution and managing multi-channel creative campaigns across their schools.

The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in creative leadership and a relevant degree. The position offers a competitive salary between 18,000 and 28,000 AED per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in creative leadership, brand strategy or design management.
• Proven experience building and managing brand visual identity systems.
• Strong background delivering integrated campaigns across digital, print, video and experiential environments.
• Experience managing creative teams and direct reports.
• Experience within education, hospitality or premium service‑led brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own creative and brand visual identity strategies aligned with marketing and enrolment goals.
• Lead creative programmes from concept to final execution across digital, print, video, and motion campaigns.
• Manage and develop Creative Officers supporting school‑level and HQ‑led initiatives.
• Localise and implement HQ‑led creative frameworks and campaigns across multiple schools.
• Ensure all creative decisions are informed by research, insights and performance data.
