Job summary

Leading Edge in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Senior Biomedical Engineer to lead installation, maintenance and support of laboratory analytical instruments across client sites in the UAE. The role demands hands-on experience with major brands and ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a Biomedical Engineering degree, strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, and UAE work eligibility. Onsite work in Dubai with potential after-hours support is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
Hands-on experience servicing laboratory analytical instruments from leading brands.
Strong diagnostic, calibration, and troubleshooting capabilities across lab equipment.

Responsibilities

Install, commission and calibrate laboratory instruments at client sites.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on diverse lab equipment brands.
Diagnose and repair complex faults; perform timely repairs.
Provide technical support and end-user training on instrument operation and safety.
Maintain accurate service records, calibration logs and documentation.
Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to source parts and resources.
