Job summary

A leading construction firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated BIM Engineer with experience in modular and prefabricated building construction. You will manage and develop Building Information Models across all project stages. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, proficiency with tools like Revit and Navisworks, and strong communication skills. This position offers a salary between 5,000 to 7,000 AED depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling.
• Solid understanding of modular design and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for projects.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Produce shop drawings and quantity take‑offs from BIM models.
• Support design and site teams with BIM-related input.
• Maintain organization of BIM documentation templates.
