Job summary

Bybit is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to own analytics for Wealth/Earn and Trading Tools, shaping product performance, user growth, engagement, and revenue across multiple product lines.

You will develop segmentation models, build dashboards, and support launches, campaigns, and A/B tests while collaborating with Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Data Engineering to translate insights into growth actions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related role.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, trading platforms, wealth management, or digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Own BI analytics for Wealth/Earn and Trading Tools product lines, covering performance, growth, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Analyze full user lifecycle and product funnel across acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, churn, and cross-product conversion.
