Ventures Middle East in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Business Continuity Manager to lead and enhance our BCM program. You will develop and maintain the organization's BCM framework, perform risk assessments, and ensure regulatory alignment across the business.

You will work with IT and other departments to design recovery strategies, conduct training, and drive continuous improvement using tools like ClearView and Castellan. CBCI certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of BCM experience.
• In-depth knowledge of BCM frameworks and ISO 22301.
• Proficiency with BCM tools such as ClearView and Castellan.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CBCI certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain the BCM framework.
• Conduct risk assessments and BIAs to identify threats and impacts.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments for recovery strategies.
• Plan and execute regular BCM testing and exercises.
• Provide BCM training and awareness programs for staff.
• Monitor BCM performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Serve as a key member of the incident response team during disruptions.
