Job summary

Madinat Jumeirah Resort in Dubai seeks a Senior Bartender - Food & Beverage to join the team from September 2026. The role centers on crafting cocktails, delivering exceptional guest service, and supporting the bar team to maintain luxury standards.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of international bartending experience, a hospitality diploma, and a passion for wine and beverage pairings. UAE-based opportunity with competitive AED salary and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Industry.
• Basic Food and Hygiene Training.
• Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone.
• 2 - 3 years Bartending experience within the international hospitality.
• Knowledge of additional language (Desired).

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to beverage recipes.
• Must be able to assess and manage guests’ needs and recommend wine and food pairings; upsell beverages.
• Work closely with Bartenders serving guests and support them as necessary.
• Ensure all drinks transactions are processed, registered, and settled.
• Setup the bar; arrange bottles and glasses for attractive displays.
• Undertake opening, closing & cleaning tasks as detailed on checklists.
• Oversee Bar inventories, check expiration dates and storage of garnishes.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team goals.
