The role emphasizes event-driven patterns, performance tuning, and the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities to meet intensive throughput and availability requirements, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Proven experience operating services handling 20,000-30,000+ requests per second and large-scale user traffic.
• Deep expertise in system design, distributed architecture, concurrency, partitioning, consistency models, and performance engineering.
• Demonstrated success solving complex scaling, latency, reliability, and availability challenges in mission-critical platforms.
• Strong technical curiosity with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies, domains, and AI capabilities independently.
