Job summary

inKind seeks a senior AWS infrastructure lead in Dubai to own and evolve scalable cloud infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, and managed services. You will drive platform-level architectural decisions and migrations while shaping repeatable deployment pipelines.

The role emphasizes high availability, incident debugging for networking and scaling, and strong observability with IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and operating production infrastructure in cloud environments.
• Deep experience with AWS core services (EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, RDS, ElastiCache, ALB/NLB, CloudWatch).
• Strong understanding of containerized workloads and orchestration tradeoffs.
• Proven experience designing systems for high availability and fault tolerance.
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute infrastructure migrations safely.
• Experience debugging real production incidents involving networking or scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve AWS infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, and managed services.
• Lead platform-level architectural decisions and service migrations.
• Design and maintain safe, repeatable, and observable deployment pipelines.
• Own system reliability through capacity planning and failure modeling.
• Build and maintain strong observability across infrastructure and services.
• Ensure secure configuration of AWS resources and IAM policies.
• Partner with application engineers to establish infrastructure standards.
