Job summary
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Aviation Cost Estimator/Planner to lead cost advice for airport clients in the Middle East and to support projects globally. You will drive cost benchmarking, advise on capital expenditure, and interface between the Aviation Market team and the broader Cost Consultancy capability.
The role requires a proven track record in aviation cost advisory, strong data analytics, and experience with multi-disciplinary project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cost planning or cost control, preferably in aviation.
- Strong understanding of aviation infrastructure operations and regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead on all aspects of cost advisory for aviation clients in the Middle East.
- Develop and maintain a strong internal network with Cost Consultancy and Management teams across regions.
- Support project teams in delivering cost advisory and consultancy services on complex multi-disciplinary projects.
- Develop and maintain datasets of airport and aviation cost benchmarks.
- Support aviation bids and proposals with cost-related material.
- Nurture client relationships and oversee project and contract delivery.
