Job summary

Hamdaztech Technology Services L.L.C. is looking for an experienced AV Engineer to join our team in Al Ain.

You will install, configure, test, and troubleshoot audio visual systems, maintain ViewSonic displays, and support theatre and cinema AV as part of our service delivery.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of AV engineering experience, strong fault-finding skills across AV gear, and good communication with clients. Crestron experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' AV engineering/support experience.
• Strong fault-finding skills across amplifiers, speakers, microphones, projectors and AV signal flow.
• Crestron experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and troubleshoot Audio Visual systems.
• Maintain ViewSonic displays, interactive panels and presentation systems.
• Support theatre/cinema AV and sound systems.
• Work hands-on with Crestron control processors, touchscreens and room control.
• Diagnose audio, video, connectivity, signal distribution and display faults.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Coordinate with clients and technical teams, and prepare service reports.
