Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced automotive repair shop.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with specialized training in automotive technology from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical issues by utilizing advanced diagnostic tools ensuring accurate and timely repairs
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles including oil changes, tire rotations and brake inspections to enhance vehicle longevity
• Replace or repair malfunctioning parts such as engines, transmissions and exhaust systems ensuring optimal vehicle performance
• Conduct thorough safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows enhancing overall shop efficiency and productivity
• Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle issues and repair options fostering trust and satisfaction
