Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year ITI in Automobile or 3-year Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years dealership experience, including at least 2 years as a Technician.
• Physically fit to perform mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs as per manufacturer standards and work instructions.
• Adhere to the Fix it Right First Time (F1) principle.
• Complete jobs within the allotted time.
• Provide feedback on additional repairs to the Team Leader, Foreman, or Controller.
• Communicate delays in advance to the Team Leader/Foreman.
• Work overtime when required by the Team Leader/Foreman/Controller.
