Uae Job Alert is seeking a skilled automotive technician to perform mechanical repairs in a busy workshop in Abu Dhabi. You will follow the Repair Manual and established procedures to ensure time and quality standards are met.

The role requires SSC/Trade certificate, 2+ years in a reputable workshop, and English literacy. You will maintain safety and cleanliness, report issues, and deliver high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• SSC/Trade certificate or vocational training required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable automotive workshop.
• Ability to read, understand and write in English.
• Strong attention to detail in following instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs per established work procedures, specs and time standards.
• Follow the Repair Manual to complete repairs accurately.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize rework.
• Request approval for additional parts and labor from Team Leader when needed.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet standards.
• Follow safety procedures and use safety equipment, maintaining a clean workspace.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of tools, equipment and serviced vehicles.
• Report abnormalities to Team Leader and complete incident reports when required.
• Work with care, adhering to health and safety regulations and minimizing environmental impact.
• Maintain discipline by following company rules and procedures.
